Legal Information and Customer Policies

AI Mail Cloud policies for Free, Plus, Business and Professional Domain Email: privacy, billing, DNS responsibilities, abuse prevention and support.

Operator and scope

Four-plan coverage and billing terms

These policies cover all four AI Mail Cloud plans, including Professional Domain Email on a verified domain owned or controlled by the subscriber. Free does not involve a paid subscription; Plus, Business and Professional offer recurring monthly, annual and two-year prices where available in secure checkout. Every paid renewal and associated invoice is governed by the selected billing term and applicable law. The five Professional aliases deliver to one real mailbox.

Policy pages explain scope, privacy, account cancellation, lawful email use, DNS responsibilities, refunds and dispute rights. The website is intended to provide clear current product information, not personalised legal advice. Mandatory consumer and privacy protections remain applicable.

AI Mail Cloud is operated by Alpha & Omega Limited, a New Zealand company. The site and policies below apply to the AI Mail Cloud hosted-email product, not to unrelated Omega Web Pro website-builder products.
