Secure login
Sign in through the branded secure webmail service using your full mailbox address, password and the simple maths verification question shown on the login form. The answer is checked by the server before sign-in. For lost credentials use Forgot Password or Forgot Email Address; eligible accounts receive instructions at their verified external backup address.

Email clients and sending
Webmail is available across plans. Mail client configuration may be used where supported: encrypted IMAP (mail.aimailcloud.com:993) and SMTP submission (mail.aimailcloud.com:465). Remote delivery is subject to third-party filters and policy.
Security without exaggerated claims
TLS protects compatible connections, and authentication and spam controls help safeguard use; no standard hosted email provider can promise that messages will never be delayed, filtered or exposed. We do not claim universal default end-to-end encryption, infinite storage or a formal uptime guarantee.
