About AI Mail Cloud and Alpha & Omega Limited

A New Zealand-operated hosted-email service designed for transparent plans, practical security and clear account onboarding.

Who operates AI Mail Cloud?

AI Mail Cloud is an independently branded hosted-email service operated by Alpha & Omega Limited, a New Zealand company. Its public website is aimailcloud.com; its separate secure customer account and webmail systems handle registration and mailbox access.

What we actually provide

Four specific products: a 250 MB Free account, Plus 2 GB, Business 5 GB, and Professional Domain Email with one 5 GiB mailbox on a verified customer-owned domain and up to five aliases. Storage and billing are published rather than described as unlimited.

Behind the service

The hosted email and webmail infrastructure runs on OVHcloud; the public marketing site is hosted by Hostinger, and paid subscriptions use Stripe. The current mail server is hosted in the United States, while Alpha & Omega Limited operates from New Zealand. Read about service providers and data locations.

Our customer setup approach

Verified backup email first. Secure payment where required. Passwords set by the customer through time-limited links. Professional users receive their own DNS instructions automatically after verified provisioning. Customer DNS changes remain in the hands of the domain owner.

Clear boundaries

We do not claim default end-to-end email encryption, a zero-knowledge architecture, unlimited mail, guaranteed Inbox delivery or enterprise support commitments without evidence. Our documentation distinguishes currently deployed features from instructions or additional services that may require further acceptance testing.
