Find help with folders, contacts, signatures, attachments and delivery problems. In your own signed-in webmail, explicitly approve Read My Inbox & Help Me Reply to preview up to ten headers, select one message and draft a researched reply for your review.
Visitors can ask public questions across six routing paths and ten categories. Signed-in webmail customers may separately authorise selected inbox reading and optional research-backed reply drafting. The public chat has no private account access; nothing is automatically sent or changed.
When you are signed in to your own webmail account, choose an email from your inbox. AI Mail Agent can research public information requested by that selected email and prepare a professional reply for you to review and copy. This feature is not available through anonymous website chat.

Privacy: your private inbox is never searched publicly. No email is automatically sent, moved, deleted or changed. Declining or closing an approval stops that step. Sign in to webmail in the same browser first; the public website does not grant access to your webmail session.
