AI Mail Cloud Email Security

Account protection, safe email practices, filters and responsible vulnerability reporting.

Authenticated access

Domain authentication and account-activation safety

Professional customers verify domain control with a unique TXT challenge and then publish account-specific MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC values. Only the DKIM public key belongs in DNS; never email or publish a private signing key. Always use authentic accounts.aimailcloud.com and webmail.aimailcloud.com addresses for verification and password setup, and be cautious of lookalike domains. Your external backup mailbox is an important security dependency.

Secure customer account workflows and webmail authentication help protect access. Both webmail sign-in pages require a simple server-verified addition answer before processing normal password authentication. For eligible accounts with a verified external backup address, Forgot Password emails a single-use reset link that expires after 15 minutes, while Forgot Email Address privately sends a mailbox-address reminder to that backup inbox. Recovery is unavailable until independent backup-address verification is completed. Use a unique password of at least 14 characters, keep recovery details current, avoid credential reuse and sign out on shared devices. A maths question is only a basic anti-automation measure, not comprehensive bot protection.

Transport and message protection

Website and webmail HTTPS protect supported browser connections. Mail transport security depends on the sending and receiving systems. Standard email is not equivalent to guaranteed end-to-end encryption; do not send highly sensitive information unless you have appropriate additional safeguards.

Spam and malicious messages

Filtering and abuse-detection measures reduce unwanted or dangerous mail, but false positives and missed threats are possible. Check unexpected links carefully; do not run unfamiliar attachments, and report suspicious patterns.

Privacy and operational access

Email messages, headers and metadata are processed as necessary for routing, storage, security and support. Access controls, incident investigation and lawful obligations are described in Privacy Policy.

Report a concern

Send suspected account compromise or security findings to support@aimailcloud.com or follow Security Reporting. Never disclose credentials in the report.
