What uses space?

Messages and attachments in Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Junk, Trash and custom folders generally count until removed or expunged. Deleting an email may not reclaim space until Trash is emptied. Large attachments can fill a small mailbox quickly.

Aliases share one Professional inbox

Professional's five aliases do not each provide 5 GiB or a separate login. They route mail to the single real 5 GiB mailbox. If it fills, mail to any alias can be affected.

Capacity admission and honest limits

All plans are subject to available service capacity and responsible-use controls. AI Mail Cloud runs on shared infrastructure that also supports other Alpha & Omega Limited services. The operator reserves storage for existing entitlements and system needs; a successful payment must not be taken as proof of unlimited growth.

When a mailbox reaches its quota

New incoming mail may be rejected or deferred, and saving drafts or copies may fail. Remove unnecessary messages, empty Trash if appropriate, and export important records before deleting. Paid plan changes are subject to eligibility, available capacity and the actual billing flow.

GB and GiB aren't identical

Free: 250,000,000 bytes. Plus: 2,000,000,000 bytes. Business: 5,000,000,000 bytes. Professional: 5,368,709,120 bytes (5 GiB). We state both explicitly rather than making misleading comparisons.
