Parties and acceptance
Product terms for all four plans
The standard plans are Free (250 MB), Plus (2 GB), Business (5 GB), and Professional Domain Email (one 5 GiB primary mailbox on a verified customer-controlled domain and up to five alias addresses delivering to that mailbox). A Professional subscription does not buy a domain name, five separately authenticated accounts, migration of old mail or a multi-user workspace. The customer must control domain DNS and must not use a domain they are not entitled to operate.
Paid subscription choices are recurring: Plus US$1.99/month, US$19/year or US$35/two years; Business US$4.99/month, US$49/year or US$89/two years; Professional US$6.99/month, US$69/year or US$129/two years. The final billing period and tax shown by the secure checkout application govern the transaction. Yearly and two-year prices are billed upfront; cancellation normally prevents the next renewal rather than refunding the current paid term. A term that the live registration system does not offer cannot be purchased just because its Stripe price exists.
Before Professional payment, the customer must verify the external backup email and demonstrate ownership of the intended domain using an AI Mail Cloud DNS TXT challenge. After successful payment and secure password setup, provisioning and the corresponding DNS information can take additional processing time. The customer is responsible for publishing their domain's MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records and understanding the impact of replacing existing MX records. Changes to third-party DNS and external mail providers remain outside our control.
Customers must maintain access to the separate external backup email used for verification, activation and important billing and DNS notices. Do not transfer secret activation links or include passwords in support correspondence. The services may restrict admission when capacity, verification, security or payment requirements are unmet. Stripe's invoice and receipt distribution is separate from the service's own onboarding notifications.
AI Mail Cloud is operated by Alpha & Omega Limited, a New Zealand company. These terms govern your use of the AI Mail Cloud marketing website, registration system, mailbox hosting, webmail, support and associated subscriptions. By opening or continuing to use a mailbox you accept these terms and the policies linked from our Legal Information page.
Account eligibility and information
You must be legally able to enter into the agreement, provide accurate registration and recovery information, and maintain control of your account credentials. We may verify ownership of email addresses and restrict fraudulent, duplicate, automated or otherwise abusive registrations. A mailbox address is not transferable or guaranteed indefinitely.
Included services and limits
Depending on the active plan, the service supplies one hosted email mailbox with webmail and the published quota. Free is 250 MB subject to eligibility and available capacity; Plus is 2 GB; Business is 5 GB; Professional Domain Email provides one 5 GiB mailbox on a verified customer-controlled domain with up to five alias addresses forwarding into it. These are storage limits, not unrestricted transmission or guaranteed delivery. Abuse, rate, attachment and technical limits may apply. We do not represent every future AI feature as currently available.
Prices and recurring billing
Plus costs US$1.99/month, US$19/year or US$35/two years; Business costs US$4.99/month, US$49/year or US$89/two years; Professional costs US$6.99/month, US$69/year or US$129/two years. Paid subscriptions renew at the selected monthly, annual or two-year interval until cancelled, and applicable taxes are disclosed during Checkout. Stripe handles payment authorisation. A subscription is not established merely by viewing a plan or starting Checkout. The final amount and billing frequency shown at Checkout govern the purchase.
Cancellation, nonpayment and reactivation
Customers can manage payment methods and cancel paid subscriptions via the secure billing portal, generally taking effect at the end of the current paid billing period. If a payment fails or a subscription expires, access may be restricted in accordance with the service’s billing enforcement procedures and mandatory notice requirements. To avoid loss of access, export important messages before closure. See Cancellation and Refunds and Account Closure. Cancellation does not itself promise an automatic refund for time already provided.
Your responsibilities
Keep credentials secret, maintain accurate recovery information, use strong device security and promptly report suspected compromise. You must have rights to store or transmit the content you send and must not use the service for unlawful or unsolicited messaging, phishing, malware, harassment or network abuse. You are responsible for the legality of your correspondence and opt-in marketing.
Privacy and content
You retain ownership of lawful correspondence. You grant only the rights reasonably required to transport, store, display, scan or filter mail for the service, security and legal compliance. Our Privacy Policy describes personal-information processing. Normal email is not a guaranteed end-to-end-encrypted private channel.
Availability and delivery
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted uptime, guaranteed inbox placement or delivery on an external recipient’s mail provider. Maintenance, third-party networks, configuration errors and abuse controls may interrupt service. No fixed service-credit SLA applies unless stated in an agreed separate contract.
Suspension and termination
We may proportionately restrict abusive, compromised, unlawful, unpaid or technically harmful accounts, subject to applicable law. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct issues. We may preserve limited records for legal obligations and billing disputes. See our Acceptable Use and Account Closure policies.
Consumer rights and liability
Nothing here overrides non-excludable rights under New Zealand law, including applicable Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 protections, or mandatory rights in another relevant jurisdiction. We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful. Claims are assessed in context, and you should keep independent backups of important correspondence.
Disputes and governing law
Contact support@aimailcloud.com with a specific service issue or legal@aimailcloud.com for a formal dispute. These terms are governed by New Zealand law, except where mandatory laws applicable to you provide otherwise. Parties may pursue an appropriate court or tribunal with jurisdiction.
Updates and contact
Effective 18 October 2026. We may update these terms prospectively with notice where legally required. Legal enquiries: legal@aimailcloud.com; support: support@aimailcloud.com.
