Accessibility approach

Accessible signup and support alternatives

Customer onboarding spans this public website, a separate registration and password-setting application, Stripe Checkout and secure browser webmail. We aim to provide clear labels, keyboard-accessible navigation and text-based DNS instructions; third-party interfaces may differ. If you cannot use a verification step or interpret your DNS provider's controls, contact support@aimailcloud.com to request an accessible alternative, without sending secrets.

We work to make the public site readable and navigable with semantic headings, descriptive links, keyboard-friendly controls and responsive layouts. Accessibility needs differ by person, browser, assistive technology and device.

Third-party account applications

Account management and AI Mail Cloud webmail are separately served applications and may have different accessibility characteristics. We welcome reports of access barriers in signup, verification, billing and webmail.

Feedback and alternatives

If a page or task is inaccessible, write to support@aimailcloud.com or contact@aimailcloud.com with the URL, expected action and preferred alternative. You need not disclose a disability. We will review the report and look for a suitable way to assist.

Standards

We use WCAG 2.2 principles as a design reference, but do not claim independent WCAG certification or guarantee accessibility across every third-party component.
